As you cruise Oahu’s western coastline, you will begin swimming with the dolphins. As we head west for the swim with the dolphins, the Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins will sometimes appear right out of the harbor. The Hawaiian Spinner will often swim directly under the boat and frolic the waves. The magical dolphins can be found in many areas. The professional staff at “Dolphins and You” will know where to find the dolphins. The can sometimes be nearer to Kaena Point, which is the most western point on Oahu. They can also be found in a sacred area in the west. The “Dolphins and You” catamaran will give you a comfortable ride to your destination. The crew members will help you get fitted with snorkels, life vests, and fins. All “Dolphins and You” crew members are certified in saving lives as well as experts in swimming, surfing and paddling for your safety.

The Spinner dolphin is the main type of dolphin mostly found in the Hawaiian waters. Hawaiian Spinner Dolphin is the English name for these dolphins. They are bottlenose and are skilled at making spinning jumps. When you swim with the dolphins in Oahu, you will get to experience the magical feeling of the mysterious world of the dolphin. Hawaiian dolphins are known to sleep while they swim so we swim quietly around. After your swim with the dolphins you will travel by boat to a spectacular snorkeling spot in Oahu. As you enjoy your short ride you will enjoy fresh pineapple and Japanese green tea. Swimming with these fish and sea turtles gives you the feeling of being in a palace at the bottom of the sea. The green sea turtle is known to Hawaiians as the guardian deity of the sea. You cannot touch them because they are on the verge of extinction. If the day is nice the staff will take you kayak surfing. On other days kayaks are available for your use.

As you ride back to the harbor you will enjoy a delicious hot lunch of grilled cheeseburger/veggie burgers prepared by your captain.

Between the months of December and April, humpback whales have been seen on the ride back into the Harbor. As a special treat, the staff will entertain you with a hula dancing show. Guests can enjoy a hula dancing lesson from an authentic hula instructor.
