Gunstock Ranch Horseback Tours Keiki (Children) Tour

Gunstock Ranch's "Keiki Experience" is a fun-filled Oahu horseback ride for children aged 2 to 7.  Treat your youngster to a safe and fun 20 minute pony walk led by Gunstock Ranch's professional and friendly staff.   Older children can ride aboard full grown horses as well.  A friendly wrangler will provide simple hands-on instructions, while safely leading each child on their fun and exciting 20 minute horseback ride. Parents are welcome to walk along and take pictures as their youngster enjoys this exciting introduction to horseback riding in Oahu. The Keiki Experience takes place among Gunstock Ranch's stunning 400 acres, located at the base of the Koolau Mountain Range on Oahu's North Shore.     Enjoy the peaceful Oahu mountainside as you watch your child ride in delight on one of Gunstock Ranch's beautiful ponies or horses.   The Keiki Experience operates daily (excluding Sundays), with available departure times of 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.  All instructions, equipment, and required safety helmet are provided on this Waikiki children's horseback ride.  Covered shoes and jeans are recommended.

Gunstock Ranch's children’s horseback rides operate rain or shine unless the weather becomes extremely inclement.  Because cell phones can startle horses, please leave them at home or keep them turned off while your child is enjoys the "Keiki Experience" Waikiki horseback ride.  For safety reasons, running or trotting of the horses is not permitted on any of Gunstock Ranch's Oahu horseback rides. There is a 250 lb weight limit for this Waikiki activity.  All riders must abide by their trail guide's instructions.
